    My experience with the doctor was fine, but I am horrified by their shady billing practices…read more I work in the healthcare/health insurance industry and can tell the difference between an honest mistake and an attempt to defraud patients. Unfortunately, my experience here felt much more like the latter - sending me a bill for the full amount (indicating "self-pay", no insurance) when they had in fact submitted the claim to my insurance AND already been paid for it... I know this because I got my insurance EOB, dated PRIOR to the billing statement, showing exactly that. (I also called my insurance company and they confirmed the claim had been submitted to them AND paid out already.) This sort of thing sickens me because I think of all the people who aren't familiar with the industry who just pay the bills they receive without question and are fully taken advantage of !! They've also now billed me for my "follow-up" appt; which is a joke since I spent 2 minutes with the Dr. just for her to ask "you good?" And remind me to schedule another appt. Needless to say, I will not be back. And a friendly warning to other patients - keep a close eye on your billing statements. (P.s. At my first visit, I spent maybe 10 minutes with the doctor, and about an hour+ just waiting...)
