When food was brought out we had an item missing- a shake that was never made or brought to the table even 45 minutes after ordering it. The Philly cheese steak was cold and had clearly been made and stood for some time before being brought out. The BLT was cold, as was the chilli. The chicken on the chicken salad had also clearly sat for quite a while before being delivered to the table. Another big problem was cleanliness. The floor was dirty. The room had flies buzzing around. At one point the server dropped a tray of coffee mugs and clearly broke several. She didn't sweep them up. A few minutes later, a busser came out from the back and kicked a broken piece of cup along the floor. He just left it there rather than picking it up. It was still there in the middle of the floor when we left. They did remove the shake that never came and the 2 items that were cold and not eaten from the bill.
