I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. She always gets the color and design right. My Christmas nails - just LOOK! Everyone I show is OBSESSED. Mindy does AMAZING pedicures, always gets all the skin and nails cut perfect and her massages are to die for! Great music, comfy chairs, their towels are SOFT, they always have water too! Very affordable pricing. I can't go anywhere else. Ask for Tiffany for Manis and Mindy for Pedis! Become a regular and they treat you like family.

Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable throughout and even adjusting my arm positioning on the cushions. Pedicure - For my pedicure I had a mixed experience. I wanted to go with a pink polish on my toes, however, I was asked if I wanted gel instead of polish 3 separate times because "polish will chip in 2 days". She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash". Overall, I was happy with the end results and the speed and availability, but there are some things service-wise that could be improved upon.

She's got her table and a television behind it on the wall so if you don't feel like chatting you can put on any show you like on Netflix. You don't have to worry about sitting around and waiting because she is by appointment only. She does both gel and regular polish.
