I immediately noticed typos on their menu, which really isn't a big deal but with how nice the place looks i'd think they may want to fix those errors. I thought I'd try a burger since that's pretty classic and they do have burger in their name. I ordered their texas burger and my boyfriend got what they call small ribs. When the food arrived I couldn't help but just say "Wow" to the burger. It was huge and had a whole chili on top of the burger. It definitely looked gorgeous! Looks can be deceiving though.. The texas burger has a fried egg, bacon & onion rings on it. How could it possibly go wrong? Well, the fried egg was so overcooked that it was almost rubbery and the onion rings were completely undercooked and doughy (not crispy). The burger patty was really poor quality (It was so smushed together that it made it really rubbery and gives it no texture). My boyfriend though his meal was ok. The meat was tender but the meat wasn't falling off the bone as ribs should in his opinion. There was unfortunately too much BBQ sauce on the ribs as well so it overpowered the ribs (BBQ sauce was too sweet as well). We both got potato wedges with our meal though (Ribs normally come with a baked potato) and they were pretty good. Pretty much the only thing I actually liked, and that's not enough to come back to a place. I know this place is new, so I hope they take the time to perfect their menu.

The menu has a selection of meat and burgers (hence the name) but there's also salads and children's menu. Had the ribeye with potatoes and it was well cooked and tasty. She and her partner were both there during my visit and checked in to make sure all of the customers were enjoying what they ordered. I appreciated the interaction and that they cared whether I liked the cake. The cheesecake is served plain with a side of your choice of fruit sauce. I had the cherry cinnamon and it was incredible. I liked that the sauce was served on the side as it allowed you to choose the amount (though it's so good you will finish it one way or another. Apparently some people have been observed drinking what is left). The rest of the menu is fairly basic: salads, sandwiches and burritos. Considering the prices in Copenhagen, theirs were reasonable for a full sized meal (based on the other reviewer's photos). Hello?! Music to my ears. My friend and I each ordered up a sidecar and a charcuterie platter to start. The sidecars were perfect, and even though I usually have mine made with whisky I went with the flow and let them make mine with cognac. It was delicious. The charcuterie was a small serving but perfect to share. Each of the meats were amazing. I wish I knew what the darker meat was, because that one was truly out of this world kick ass delicious. Steak time! And there are plenty of choices. But really this would be a no brainer as I am a fan of this little thing called the French fry. And the ribeye comes with those crispy potato things. Ribeye "medium rare" please. I'll get right to the point. The steak was cooked to perfection. It came topped with a little rosemary and roasted garlic. The garlic was the winner and enhanced the steak even more. I even saved a few to eat along with my fries. By the way, these fries were about as good as I have had in a long ASS time. Almost as good as I had in Belgium (which by the way is the Hall of Fame of fries). I did save room for dessert and again, this was an easy choice. The profiteroles were shouting out my name. Again, they scored a perfect 10. We each had a glass of dessert wine, a moscato and a tawny port which both were amazing. I can't stress how much I loved this place. And again, the fact that this place is reasonably priced makes it that much better. It's not cheap mind you, but for a steakhouse it's about as inexpensive you will find. The service was impeccable and constantly had servers checking in on us. They were also very helpful when it came to our wine selections. Just FYI, if you are standing on Østergade street and can't find the place, it's actually located on Ny Østergade 21 which is a side street off the main street (running perpendicular).
