The equipment you want to use is almost always immediately available, even during "rush hour" after the typical work day. The ability to go at 11pm on New Years Eve and get a head start on your resolution only makes it that much easier for those of us with busy scheduled. If you're looking for something local, don't mind paying a few extra dollars for a fantastic location/staff/equipment choices, this is a great spot. Free-weight room: Have to agree, stuck in a "smaller" downstairs room. With more than 5 people it gets a little crowded. Would like to see improvement here. Classes: I LOVE the classes (Group Power, Core, and Interval). But the times are tough. Often during the work day. This is great for many, but they NEED more classes after work (530 and later). I'm sorry, I can't do the 515AM classes. But the classes themselves are great! HealthTrax is expensive. But I've found the trainers to be attentive. The support staff is friendly. Overall it's one of the better options in my immediate area (don't get me started on Planet Fitness in Enfield).

I called several times during the shut down and left 3 voicemails requesting a call back to cancel my membership. Today I went to the gym to cancel my membership and shared my frustration of no returned communication. The staff member told me they had no access to the phone system during shut down and since they reopened their phones have been off line. During the shut down they continued to collect the monthly membership payment. I am upset because they have managed to provide a daily work out via email and receive payments but have had NO access to voicemail? They will be collecting their final payment-as the membership agreement stated, it just seems shady that no one called me back.

Left messages on Facebook (where they say they will respond in 24 hours), and only auto replies are sent back. I'm very close to contacting the BBB as this is ridiculous. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in touch with this establishment.
