I have worked with Heather for 6 months now and could not be happier. Her positive attitude is better than any preworkout on the market. I have limitations in my workouts due to ankle issues and she had always been extremely cautious/conscious of preventing injuries. If you are looking to get kick started into a new fitness routine, call Heather!

Plenty of TV's with headphone plug-ins at the machine. Circuit machines: Again, pretty standard, in good shape (not sure why some say they are falling apart, I use them regularly and they work great). Free-weight room: Have to agree, stuck in a "smaller" downstairs room. With more than 5 people it gets a little crowded. Would like to see improvement here. Classes: I LOVE the classes (Group Power, Core, and Interval). But the times are tough. Often during the work day. This is great for many, but they NEED more classes after work (530 and later). I'm sorry, I can't do the 515AM classes. But the classes themselves are great! HealthTrax is expensive. But I've found the trainers to be attentive. The support staff is friendly. Overall it's one of the better options in my immediate area (don't get me started on Planet Fitness in Enfield).

I decided to look into personal training a year before my wedding so I could look the best on my…read morewedding day. I've been married almost a year now and I'm still with Enfuse Fitness. My trainer Tyler has been a wonderful addition to my life. His knowledge is never-ending and his compassion exceeds that. Tyler has become so much more than just my personal trainer, I consider him a friend. Tyler cares deeply for every single one of his clients. He just wants each one of us to be happy and healthy. Do it for yourself and give Enfuse Fitness a try. You won't regret it.

When I first started working with Tyler I was on crutches recovering from a broken ankle and reparative surgery. Tyler was very cautious not to push my ankle too far and always checked in on how it was feeling throughout the workout. He even continued to work on the ankle flexibility, strength, and stiffness with me once I was discharged from PT (possibly too early). Once we were more confident in my ankle, Tyler was able to increase the intensity of my workouts and I was able to lift heavier weights than I ever had on my own. Tyler pushed me further than I would push myself (but not too far!). When I struggled to finish my set he would be there to assist if needed and would stop me when my form started to suffer. Tyler gave us great nutritional advice as well, offered suggestions for meal prepping, and helped us get in better shape for our wedding. He is very friendly, personable, and thoughtful and my husband and I both enjoyed our time working with Tyler. Anyone looking for a personal trainer, regardless of your current fitness level, I would highly recommend Tyler at Enfuse Fitness!

I can't remember exactly what I paid, but it ended up being ~$20 a month, which I consider completely reasonable. I have been to 4 of their different locations, but Enfield is my "flagship" site to which I live closest. The clubs have a higher amount of male clientele than female, but everyone has been super nice and respectful of each other's space. Also, all of their clubs have a "women's only" section with cardio/weight machines, which is super convenient for those of us novices who aren't as comfortable lifting weights with the serious lifters. They all offer similar classes, with Bristol having a separate spinning studio as well as a group class studio. They also have a shake/snack bar if you haven't had time to refuel by the time you get to the gym. I have always felt that the locations were clean and well maintained. The Enfield location is also open 24/7 during weekdays (Ends Friday at 10pm), which is super convenient for people with odd/variable schedules. I greatly appreciate this feature. My only critique is that free Wifi is only available at this route 5 Enfield location and during peak hours it never really works. I have only been able to use it when there are very few people at the gym.

The people who work out are pretty friendly by and large, and will chat if that's what you want, or leave you alone if that's what you prefer. There are people of all ages and physical conditions; there are some high-end weightlifters, older people like me who still work out vigorously, some people who do light workouts, some who come for the classes. You can get a good workout and not spend too much money, depending on your membership.
