I always add the saag paneer, which is creamy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor--one of the best I've had. Everything pairs perfectly with the fluffy rice and warm, buttery garlic naan (a must). The samosas are crisp and delicious, and I really appreciate being able to swap for two sides of mint chutney instead of tamarind--such a great touch. And don't skip the masala chai--it's cozy, aromatic, and the perfect finish to the meal. Consistently delicious, generous portions, and clearly made with care.
