An issue arose with another tenant breaking the lease involving a huge disturbance and they have done absolutely nothing to right the wrong. Instead, they expect the other affected tenants to try to fix it or just deal with it with offering NO help. Absolutely appalling.

Alliance Landscaping has been here doing the landscaping for a few years, we the residents been complaining about it! Now, a couple of the board members don't listen to us, and they're in love with Alliance. Next year, we'll be voting them out! American Properties should be doing the right thing and fix the issues here regardless of the board! If I knew, that this was going to happen here I would never moved here!
