As someone who used to manage my property (from long distance), I knew the pain and efforts involved in dealing with tenants...and honestly..after a few years, I wanted nothing to do with managing a rental from far, far away. I remembered calling and leaving a voicemail message with Southpaw about my desire to find a property management company to help me rent out and manage my unit...and..to my surprise, I got a call the same day back..and all within several hours when I totally wasn't expecting it! Within a few days...I worked with Kyle to sign my rental agreement, provide him information and access to my rental unit...and the unit was already rented out...all within 24 hours of signing my agreement to have Kyle manage my property! Wow..I was impressed! What impressed me more was Kyle's ability to manage rental properties. He took great care of tenants and property owners alike. He's fair..and not just siding with either side. He is not hesitant to tell me as an owner what I needed to do to make sure my tenants are happy (and he's happy to do the same to keep me happy dealing withe thing from repair to HOA as well). I am also very happy to see that...with Southpaw...the need to manage my rental property or handhold anything..is pretty much nil! Kyle took care of everything! And..I just saw..that I recently gave a consent to continue renting out my unit/extend rental offers to my current tenants..and he already had them signed extending for another year of rental at my unit ahead of expiration of an existing lease! That's a testament to Kyle and Southpaw's competencies and proactive approach to management! I love it that..for once..I can really sit back and trust that Southpaw can handle my rental on my behalf! For a long while, I worry about having to sell my unit if the property couldn't be rented out..but with Southpaw...I didn't have to worry about sale of my property anymore..because true passive rental income from this property is now a reality for me!

    My husband and I moved here September 2023 believing that this was a safe and respectable…read morecommunity, but this place is far from that. Since moving in just a couple of months ago, I have had to call maintenance FOUR times because the heat in our apartment was not working. Unacceptable!!! Especially for the rent price that we are paying and in a just "renovated" apartment. To top that off the thermostat for the heat is not even connected to the heat system, which was confirmed by maintenance. So we are paying almost $2,500 in rent and we can't even control the temperature in our own apartment?! Since moving in it has either been below 70 degrees cold in here or an inferno above 80 because we have no control over the temperature. This problem alone has been more than enough for me to be infuriated with living here and it is an unacceptable living condition. Now to tackle a plethora of other issues... This apartment complex to put it simply is NOT SAFE! There is a police officer every week here dealing with situations going on around the complex. I see this happening outside of our balcony window all of the time if not when I come home from work or errands. Just this morning my husband is on his way to work and what does he find? A BROKEN WINDOW IN THE MAIN LOBBY. Here is the picture of an obvious incident involving a rock being thrown at the window. If that were not enough, the residents that live here always look and act as if they were drunk or on drugs and I do not wish to live in a community like that nor was that what was sold to me when touring this place. There is no justification for the amount of rent we are being charged to live in these conditions!! Just last month, there was an incident where I repeatedly heard a beeping sound outside of our balcony really late at night and at first thought nothing of it but this continued for several days. Until one night I finally found what the noise was. A plastic bag with a phone and what appeared to be DRUGS inside, on our balcony and a man on the lawn yelling at us saying we do not live here; that his friend lives here and that he was going to call the cops on us! He was obviously under the influence of something because nothing he was saying made any sense. We threw the bag to him because we did not want ANYTHING to do with the situation and he proceeded to then throw the bag up to the second floor balcony!! Even just writing all of this out is stressing me out all over again!! ALL OF THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Not to mention the complaint I made of an aggressive and dangerous dog on our floor that bit my mother's dog and pounced on my husband and all I was told was to call animal control. There is no form of recycling! The package system is unorganized and not secure! The hallways always stink of cigarettes and marijuana! There is just too much to write about when it comes to all of the unacceptable, unsafe, and unlivable conditions here at Kimball Court!!!

After one of the "new" elevators broken down they basically decided to not care whether or not it would get fixed. Then when I moved out they began harassing us about not paying rent. By the way, I did prove to them that I paid. Oh and for more than a year the locks on the doors were broken and it took a HUD inspection to fix them. They are mismanaged and do not care for their tenants happiness or safety. Seriously. Find somewhere else to live.

He is professional, passion and helpful. He found a buyer and closed the deal after one open house. His fees included professional staging, video and photos. I couldn't believe that he sold our house just after couple calls and emails. Everything was scheduled for us with no delays. We sold our house in MA and bought a new in FL on the next day. It was the best experience I've ever had. I appreciate Paul's help and professionalism. I would recommend his company to anyone, especially on the North side of Boston neighborhood.

Paul was nothing short of Superman. He had a stager come in, professional pictures and video taken, had a pre-inspection done, put a "coming soon" sign up and did all of his research for comps in the area. We decided on a price and within a week the house was on the market and we were driving down to Miami. Paul is just an overall nice guy and made this stressful time of moving, changing jobs and selling a house the least stressful all of these life changing events put together could possibly be. He took control and had back to back open houses and within a couple of weeks, we had multiple offers. Choosing Paul as our realtor was the best decision my husband and I have ever made and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're selling or buying, do yourself a favor and pick Paul. He's so professional, extremely knowledgable, will do things like staging and a pre-inspection that other realtors won't do and most importantly, he will sell your house for over asking!! Thank you Paul for such an amazing experience selling our home!!
