They don't listen to the…read moreresidents, don't provide their staff with training, can't seem to understand that for nearly $3K a month, some customer service is expected and dismiss every actual problem residents bring up. They say to call the front office and talk to the management but management doesn't do anything but issue idle threats and pawn off responsibility. Trash is a nightmare, folks don't take care of the grounds, when a project is too hard problems don't get solved, and the regional management gives folks the corporate shrug off. On top of that, if the offices are unreachable, residents are "expected" to wait for them to resolve an issue and not call vendors when the front office staff is unavailable. This company should not be in charge of any living conditions where they're expected to take care of residents as they also can't seem to grasp when someone is being direct but still respectful. It's as if no one wants to take any responsibility while issues like trash, lighting, resident safety (there have been several issues with theft and hearsay and they refuse to insall cameras leaving it up to, yep, the residents). We've even had residents take over osme of the ground duties because they just don't seem to care. Anywhere you see "Dolben" avoid the place.
