This company installed my back flow in a new construction facilitated through the developer. Within…read morethe first year, unfortunately my back flow cracked during the winter and started leaking. Per the developer's recommendation, I contacted them and after multiple attempts they finally answered and came out and removed the back flow. They then took the back flow with them and said they would return in early spring to reinstall. Why they took it with them is still unclear. Come spring, I sent multiple texts, emails, and even called and left messages. Unfortunately, they are completely non-responsive. Finally I received a text that stated they would come out during the first week of April, which they did not. Again, I followed up and didn't hear anything back. Only after I got the developer involved did they finally come out and reinstall the back flow (still broken) and leave without giving us a heads up of when they were coming. Completely unreliable, irresponsible and unprofessional. My daughter wanted to employ them to install an irrigation system but of course they showed what kind of service they provide and now will not.

When I saw the Everett workers outside, I asked them if they could trim the tree. I'm not sure if the tree was on their list or not, but they gladly obliged. They asked my neighbor exactly what she wanted done with the tree. I also mentioned to them about another tree that was leaning over the sidewalk, and they took that tree down too! Later on, I noticed that by mistake they took an orange cone that I keep in my parking spot so that my car doesn't hit the sewer grating. I called the company, and they brought it back the same evening! That's good service.

Requested estimates on Yelp and received 5 with Green Leaves being the lowest. With no reviews on Yelp at the time, it was a little concerning but after communicating with Tommy, he eased those concerns. It turns out, Tommy and his crew do great work! The tree had a natural split near the bottom which was rotting so decided to have it completely removed. He arrived around 3pm and completed the work about 5 hours later. The work area was cleared of all debris and the stump ground and leveled out. His payment options include cash or credit card and once you are in agreement with the job and cost, he sends a contract for you to sign. In this case, he was actually able to start the works the next day even though the contract wasn't signed until late the previous night! Tommy was very flexible and great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend him and his crew! Find his other reviews on Google.
