She was reliable, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. On top of that, she's incredibly sweet, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

With the holiday, my schedule was extremely tight so them arriving on time was so appreciated. They cleaned my entire home and even noticed things that I didn't. The attention to detail was truly unmatched and I felt like I was left with a brand new home. I also have two medium/large dogs, and I was impressed by the way they were able to treat those high traffic areas. If you're a pet owner, you know how it feels to be nervous about your pets making your home stink, and the Pet Odor treatment completely handled that. I almost forgot I had dogs running around my house after the cleaning lol. The team was also extremely efficient, and I look forward to my next cleaning. If you are looking for a great cleaning service, I cannot recommend Chores and Floors more.

Had one company come out and tell us that we had major water damage behind the walls, under our floors and into our master bedroom which would cost us or our insurance thousands. Then had Scott from United Water Restoration Group come out and show us that we had absolutely NO high moisture readings in our walls or master bed. Only a small bit of moisture in the baseboard that we suspected. So glad we got a second opinion from these guys and that they were honest and so helpful, saved us thousands! Hopefully will never need to use their services for actual water damage but would absolutely use them in the future if we needed to!!

It was a scary ordeal and quite stressful. Thankfully I have Cindy and her company's number on speed dial and was able to contact them immediately. Even though it was a Saturday, her husband and business partner Rob and his team came right away, set up the equipment, and organized the entire mitigation. In less than two days the smell of the smoke had completely dissipated from the home. They worked directly with our insurance and everything was handled in a timely manner. This team is fantastic. Honest, very knowledgeable, kind, and fair. My family and I are very grateful. We highly recommend this company. Anytime you experience fire, water, or mold damage, give them a call. Keep them on speed dial! These guys are wonderful.

New Sense was, without a doubt, the clear choice for me. The owner, Franchely, is very professional and responds promptly to all inquiries, even though I asked a lot of questions and took my time making a decision, she didn't waver in her politeness. I sent her a last-minute, Hail Mary message on a Thursday requesting a clean for the upcoming weekend. Without hesitation, she got booked for that Saturday. The team showed up early (but not too early). They were polite, prompt and friendly. They toured the house, asked what made me switch cleaning services (which I truly appreciated), and got started immediately. They set an estimated completion time of 3 hours. I headed out so they could work in peace. 3 hours later, they were finishing up as scheduled. When I returned, I saw that no detail was left unattended. Everything was beautifully clean, and my home smelled divine. It was also a fair price for the quality of the work. I will be using them monthly and can't wait for my next clean.
