The website gave me the option of in person or video appointment. I picked the in person option and a couple days later I received my confirmation email confirming my in person appointment with the address of the facility. I also received some documentation that I completed prior to the appointment. On the day of my scheduled appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed right at my appt time that there was a confusion and my consultation was over the phone. So unfortunately I did not get to see anyone even though I drove down there. Their location is very pretty and calming though.

When I went in for my first appointment, I was told I needed a referral from my insurance that I did not have. As a result, I was given the choice to reschedule or pay this session out of pocket (roughly $120), with the promise that I would be reimbursed soon (90 days at the latest). Feeling like I really needed to speak with someone, I paid. I went here for a little less than a year, periodically asking when I'd be reimbursed, and I never was. I could somehow never directly contact the billing department, and whenever someone promised to get back to me, they never would. I generally disliked entire staff by the end of this, they seemed super disorganized and apathetic towards helping me. I had other issues with this place, but this was by far the largest. My therapist was fine. It's a shame she represented by a place run like this.
