One day, on a whim, we took the chair backs to Margaret's and asked if they had a solution. They did! In a few days, we got them back and they are as good as new! HEY PLEASE READ LIKE REALLY. If you are looking for some…read moreGOOD quality chairs this is the place for you. NOTHING but good things to say about this establishment and quite frankly they are criminally under looked. I will give you my experience from stat to finished I called Office Furniture Warehouse and asked about the selection of chairs, I was looking for a steel case office chair! Really good chair company that works outta Grand Rapids so, ya know I wanna support that business. Older gentlemen named Sandy answered the phone and told me he had plenty of models on his showroom floor. I told him I would see him sometime next week and it was a pleasant phone call! I arrived at around 11AM, walked in and was greeted by Sandy, sweet older gentleman filled with knowledge about chairs, the brand and the features. I felt like I was being helped, not like I was trying to be sold a chair. We had a really good conversation, he helped me narrow down some choices and I was BLOWN away by this selection! Herman Miller Aerons, Eurotech chairs, steel case YOU NAME IT, they ether had a model from that brand or knew where you could find and get you one. New and used alike! Even had some desks that where pretty snazzy! I can't recommend this place enough, truly. Give them a shot. Desks or office chairs this is your place!

BUYER BEWAR!!!! I had a deeply disappointing experience with…read moreWalid the owner of GoldCorp 21600 Greenfield Rd., #100, Oak Park Michigan I trusted Walid with my $12,900 USD diamond ring for a trade-in. Instead of receiving a fair exchange, I was given a pair of diamond studs--one of which had an obvious yellow tint. After voicing my concerns, I was allowed to swap them, but the replacement pair was also of very poor quality. What's even more alarming is what happened to my original diamond. After receiving 2 low quality pairs of diamond studs I requested my diamond back. I was informed that when My 1.56-carat stone was removed from its setting, due to a small chip, it had "turned to dust," reducing its weight to 1.32 carats. This explanation makes no sense--diamonds are one of the hardest materials on earth and do not simply disintegrate. The lack of documentation or a clear, logical explanation raises serious concerns about mishandling or possible dishonesty. For over two years, I have tried to resolve this issue, but my calls and messages have been repeatedly ignored. I finally managed to reach the owner, Walid, by calling from a blocked number at his store (I've heard many excuses as to why he's never at the store) assured me that he wasn't avoiding me and promised to provide a better-quality pair of earrings. Unfortunately, he never followed through and has since ignored my further attempts to contact him. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting this business with valuable jewelry. My experience has been filled with broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. If you are looking for professionalism, transparency, and integrity, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
