It turned out the next day he was in a very bad accident and his vehicle was totaled! He obviously wasn't able to come, but he still went above and beyond and researched a very hard to find faucet that I needed as well as looked into finding an alternative service repair company for me. I couldn't be happier with this product it added additional lighting to an area that is usually dark and would benefit from natural lighting during the day! I placed it in the center of the home due to the natural lighting would lighten up the home more also it would remove the need for using lighting which would ultimately save me money on reduced lighting. The installer showed up on time, he asked me where I wanted the tube and I told him where I wanted the light. I do wish there would have been more communication, asking questions about my needs or even maybe him agreeing it's a great location (although I could have brought this up or maybe if I seemed like I had questions the installer may have explored this more. I still think he should have ask questions as it ensures a good experience and understanding). I was slightly concerned about the lighting possibly adding glare but due to my research it wasn't a huge concern due to the sunlight coming directly down and not at an angle that would affect watching tv or reflecting off any other surfaces. The install was very quick I felt like the guy was only here for about an hour and half. If you're looking for natural lighting, a company that shows up on time and is prompt. They showed up right on time, friendly, professional, and fully prepared with the proper tools and gear. I did not ask and did not expect, but they wore booties to protect my floors. They were extremely polite, careful, respectful and yet personable. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They precisely lined up three chandeliers in my main entrance hallway with precision, perfect spacing, and alignment. Josh even wore white gloves while carefully hanging each crystal one by one, which showed the level of care they put into their work. The ceiling fans, dimmer switches, and ceiling medallions were installed beautifully and created the dramatic, elegant look I was hoping for. All three were responsive to my requests and all the pricing was pretty much in the same range. Veteran (Alan) was in the middle regarding the price he quoted, but I had a feeling that would be the best for us. I was obviously right. He was responsive to my multiple changing SOWs and on the day of the install, he showed up right on time with his son as his helper. The first day, he needed his son to help since I had an 85" TV to hang and also some pretty heavy wall mounted laundry room cabinets. He hung two TVs and installed the mounting brackets for me, and also installed 4 wall cabinets and 4 floor cabinets, along with a sink unit with plumbing. His estimate of time was spot on, and he took exactly the time he thought he might need to do the job. He was fast, efficient, courteous, cleaned-up after the job, and even took away the mountain of cardboard and packing materials that all the cabinetry and other stuff came in. I am a stickler for good customer service and for good work that you pay for, so if I say this guy is good, you can take that to the bank!! Postscript: I cannot believe he was so few reviews. I would think that everyone he works with would give him a good review. Also, as of this writing, he has two Yelp reviews that are not recommended. Why?? Those two reviews are 5-star reviews too and seem accurate and appropriate for what they say.
