Dr. Sarah Bradshaw is incredibly nice and informative. I appreciate her professionalism and kind personality. I would recommend Family Medicine Austin as your PCP.

I was unable to get my prescription refilled for over a month and the front desk just kept insisting it wasn't their fault, but offering no solutions to the problem. (I don't care whose fault it is I need my prescription) but nonetheless, once the problem was finally solved, I decided to stay here because it's easier than switching doctors. But then, I recently needed a referral to a specialist... they sent me the referral but when I called that doctor.... The doctor doesn't even work there! So I was instructed that I need a new referral.. I called the front desk and was told that I either needed to jump through a bunch of hoops, or they would give me a new referral in about 2 weeks. I obviously need a doctor now that's why I asked for a referral. I told the doctor my symptoms and he agreed I need to see someone. But of course the bag has been fumbled yet again and there is no urgency to fix their mistakes (despite the fact that my health is literally on the line but pop off I guess) Anyway the doctors and nurses are very kind and I really like them, but administration makes this place actually unbearable. Tile to find a new doctor.

I had basically given up on primary care before finding One Medical. I was using Austin Regional…read moreClinic and waiting months for appointments, never really able to establish a relationship with a doctor, and never able to get an rx when I was sick, meaning I was also relying on UrgentCare for strep tests or a UTI. One Medical is so amazing. Yes, you pay a membership fee, but then, YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE A DOCTOR. Like, the day you need to. Or, you do a video chat, or send your doctor a message that they actually respond to in a timely manner. The app is also super helpful and efficienct. They have this great feature that you can get immediate help for certain things like colds, yeast infections, or ordering a lab test. You fill out the information in the app, and someone gets back to you right away, putting in the lab visit or sending the rx to your pharmacy. I really don't think I have ever had medical access that is responsive and available when I need it. Their lab is open for drop ins throughout the day, and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. It is just really excellent service. I hope it stays this way!

They stick to their schedule well, I've never waited more than 5 mins over my appointment time. They have a lab in-office, so you don't have to go to a separate place for bloodwork. The doctors are respectful and kind - I really like my regular GP, but if he isn't available I'll see one of the other doctors and they are amazing too.

BEST. DOCTOR. EVAR…read more An amazing man and doctor. He cares. He listens. He recognizes that you may not have money to give a drug a "try" and gives samples, he remembers your name, your family and the story you told him about a rash you had 7 years ago. He has been recognized by his peers, Texas Monthly and ... me? i have been seeing Dr. Hahn since 99. i have gone thru many life and medical changes. He was there all the way, keeping track, being supportive and not just a doctor that breezes in and out. He takes the time to listen and answer all your questions and is HONEST. his staff is AMAZING. i recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor. don't hesitate if you are looking, make an appointment. You will NOT regret it and will also become a long time patient. /true story.

It's taken me a few years to find a doctor I was comfortable with since my previous one left me for…read morea higher paying client in Hollywood. Hahn was a random find. It's like you're thumbing through some old vinyl, not knowing the era or the genre...just a bit bored and curious. You see one that you have no reason to believe you'll enjoy. You bring out your old turntable....put it on..and...whoa! Dr. Hahn is professional and knowledgeable and is a damn fine Primary Care Physician. He and his staff find time to squeeze me in for my minor emergencies (scratched cornea or needing to spend my flexible spending account dollars in the last week or the year) and attend to my yearly or biannual checkups. Having a staff which makes themselves available is very important. They have an emergency line to call off-hours He tries to understand where I am coming from, both personally and genetically and offers sage direction. He told me that men of my background have a higher risk of heart disease, even though they do not often exhibit signs of obesity. I told him it was because we have smaller diameter arteries in general. He listened. He is definitely a listener, teacher and learner. And he is open. He is my wife's doctor too. When she was pregnant and suffering from hip pains, he prescribed alternate medicines including acupuncture. He didn't quite realize that a quick chiro-adjust was what she needed, but he does have a holistic approach. Which brings me to my next point. He's not god. I think the more mechanical aspects or perhaps some female-specific aspects may be a tad out his realm. That's why you also have specialists. If you're pregnant and have aches and pains, I'd actually recommend going to our midwife, Michelle, first. (http://www.yelp.com/biz/michele-fitzgerald-cpm-austin) But OVERALL, if you're looking for a primary care physician to look after your needs, Dr. Hahn is da man. Just to give you an example of one of my dodgier experiences, pre-Hahn, I recall having to get some blood work prior to marriage per an instruction sheet which originated in puritanical New England, where I was to get married. So, this good 'ole boy Texan doctor read the sheet and noted that he was to have some sort of "discussion about Marriage" with me. This caught us both by surprise. The doctor in question looked at me and said: "Don't screw around on your wife, you probably know the rest". Pretty Crude. Funny, in retrospect, but he just didn't read the moment well. Hahn is a breath of fresh air.

Finding a doctor who truly listens, genuinely cares, and takes time to understand you--not just your symptoms--is incredibly rare these days. But that's exactly who Dr. Balderas is. Through the MDVIP program, Dr. Balderas offers a level of care that feels deeply personal and intentional. He never rushes, never makes you feel like just another chart, and always brings a sense of calm, compassion, and clarity to every visit. He gets to the root of what's going on, both medically and emotionally, and his whole body / holistic approach to health is something I'm so grateful for. The office staff is just as warm and welcoming. You can tell this is a practice built on heart and integrity. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're in the care of people who truly love what they do. Dr. Balderas has changed how I experience healthcare--it's no longer something I dread, but something I trust. If you're looking for a doctor who combines modern medicine with genuine human connection, look no further. This is a place where healing starts from the inside out.

In the last 2 months or more of appointments, he gave her medication for an urinary tract infection, scheduled her physical therapy for strengthening her legs and muscles because he said she was just 85 and loosing muscle tone. We requested a wheelchair, oxygen, bloodwork. Mother should have been admitted to the hospital for just her symptoms alone. When she fell to the floor twice from not having any strength, cold and sweating, sleeping most of her days, we admitted Mother to the hospital ourselves. Dr Lamy how did you miss terminal cancer through most of her organs?!?! Mother died trusting you Sir. We asked to talk with Dr Lamy at his office, he agreed and had our meeting set by his staff. Dr Lamy hid behind a 150. dollar charge to visit with our family. No condolences. Dr Lamy is not a Dr you should trust. Do not go to him and if you have loved ones in his care, warn them, Dr Lamy will misdiagnose you, ignore your symptoms, knowing CANCER is in your medical history

I have finally had it with their gross and constant incompetence in their administration
