This store has recently closed its returns counter in the rear of the store and consolidated returns with checkouts. Obviously the cashiers have not been properly trained. The cashier did not know how to process my exchange. My receipt with the order # was in my Kohl's app which I had available yet she couldn't figure it out. She asked the cashier next to her who didn't have a clue either. Then she asked a third cashier who gave her two seconds of instructions as she kept walking. What I caught of that brief interaction was that different sizes have different SKU's so technically it's not an even exchange. Next thing I knew the cashier did a return for the two original tees (which probably decreased my Kohl's cash) and she rang the correct sizes at the current price telling me how much additional I owed. When I explained that I had gotten them on sale and shouldn't owe more for an exchange of the same item, she simply stated that the sale I got had ended and I needed to pay the current price. I wish I had asked to speak to a manager but I was so angry that I stormed out telling her I wasn't buying them. I still need to check my credit card to make sure she voided her purchase transaction when I left. She looked me up and down and said they don't take just anyone's clothes and tossed a four page pamphlet at me with a list of clothes they don't want, designers they don't want, and how to properly clean and present cloths to them. The whole thing seemed very harsh and abrasive. When I told her what items I had she was like "well I'm booked until June so you can try back then." I was floored. The store is extremely dated looking despite the requirement for "in style" fashions. I will not be back to shop or consign here. I do not recommend them whatsoever.

Between a choice of going to the mall or coming to Next, Next wins every time! My husband appreciates that and I get so many compliments. I am so big on customer service and I love the way that they greet me at the door and makes me feel like I am shopping at a high end department store and that "boutiquish" feel while shopping. The quality of their clothing is great and you can tell they take great thought and care in the clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry they consign. I also appreciate the diversity of styles as well, something for all sizes, shapes, colors, and price ranges. The pricing is very good in comparison to the quality of the clothing!
