I come here several times a month and if I paid per visit it would cost way more. I would probably get my car cleaned about four times a month anyway so the membership more than pays for itself. The value is absolutely there. On top of that the service is excellent. Everyone here is friendly welcoming and helpful and the whole experience is smooth and stress free. Pay for a membership and take advantage of all the car washes you would like. It's fast and easy. Come when it's not crazy packed which is ideal. It's part of the gas station just right off the 405. Enter, scan your info but I'm not sure if it's scans your license plate as a way as well. Your instructed how to get on the conveyer belt and your all set. The attendant starts with the first soap lathering and the machine does all the rest. Sit back and enjoy the free show for a quick second. Afterwards, you drive off and someone is at the end to do a quick dry for you. You're free to go afterwards or pull into one of the slots for self service. There's vacuums on either side for easy access to use. The cords are long enough to go from front to back of your car. Plus there's an attachment where your mats can hang for easy vacuuming. It's alway a great experience and an easy and fast wash. It does the trick but you got to put in some elbow grease yourself for the final details. For the price of a single car wash elsewhere, it's a membership here that gets you unlimited wash and vacuuming.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back and I would probably recommend looking elsewhere. EDIT: after receiving the response from the owner... our experience makes more sense. I also left out that during the wash process,as my husband was watching, it didn't get the last few treatments as it traveled through the wash process -- just the first. Then upon drying, i took the mat to show him the design and sanded corners and he said it will go away with use - i dont believe it! It's hard to believe this business cause the goal post keeps moving. No amount of brushing the mat is making the pattern go away. The more concerning thing is that the owner completely disowned his business when i called him, he gave me a run around and then hung up on me. His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! His tone was offensive and rude and he obviously didnt take accountability of whatever happened to the mat. I would have liked the business to replace the mat THEY damaged or reimburse me for it.
