Even though I had measured, they did not fit when I tried to attach them. I headed into Hye Lighting and Victor immediately attended to me and fixed the crystals. I later found another missing crystal I had missed and went back to Hye again. Victor and his assistant searched high and low for the one last missing Swarovski crystal and sure enough they found one in their stash the exact size. Victor was a lifesaver and the fact that this store has so many supplies on hand to fix anything really makes them a hidden gem. Just when I thought me and the Internet could do it all, this amazing little shop proves nothing beats a brick and mortar store with owners that have extensive knowledge, inventory, and good old-fashioned service. Please support the stores we can still walk in because if we don't, getting help without losing money on Internet purchases will be a thing of the past. I could not return the crystal parts I had bought online, so I donated them to Victor. I highly recommend Hye for lighting purchases and repairs. On another note, some lights I had on columns faded years ago. Even back then, they took every light and spray painted them black. 10 years later and my column lights have never faded. Hye lighting is a much needed local store that goes above and beyond time and time again.

Some of our issues were as simple as changing a GFI and some were more complex. He came in prepared and organized and when he left the area that he worked at was cleaner than when he came in. For my first job which involved installing a light fixture where none existed, an electrician was sent out the next day to check out what he would need. He then scheduled me for the following day to do the actual work. The electrician and his assistant where in and out within an hour and I was extremely satisfied with the work they did. While they were there I asked them to look at a ceiling fan I wanted replaced with a light fixture and they told me that it would be an easy switch. When I asked for them to come back for the switch (when my new light fixture had arrived, they quickly disassembled the ceiling fan and installed my new light fixture. Would definitely recommend them to a friend for electrical work.

These people are a call center in the Philippines, who do not understand customer service, and also lied about giving a discount for bad service. They over charge as well! STAY AWAY.
