I had very good experiences in the past, not so much this time. All of the machines were broken or did not dispense tickets. I feel scammed and scared. We had wades of tickets and it said we only had 38, I counted myself at least 52.

They have really cool, antique SkeeBall! A large amount of prizes for fairly reasonable prices. This is a great place to kill a few hours (and some dollars) while visiting the beach. They also have fans going, making it pretty cool inside if you're trying to avoid the heat.

Awesome, large arcade. An easy place to blow 20 bucks. Games range from very old to brand spanking new. Prices of the games are a little ridiculous. I feel like I'm being priced out of the market just trying to play some arcade games.

Horrible, totally a rip off. Used to be ok, now, no tickets, no wins, just take the money.

The kids had fun here. The prices were reasonable for arcade games. Skee ball was only $.25! We go back every time we're in OC.

Always a fan of Marty's Playland. They keep their machines running in top shape. Fun to stop in from the boardwalk.

This is an institution. Any trip to OC is incomplete without skee ball at Marty's. Also the antique claw machines in the back!!

Great arcade with a great staff. Like other reviews mentioned, easy to blow a stack of cash in very quickly so watch yourself.

Tldr- Problematic games…read moreStaff that can't or won't help Expensive We stopped by here off season as it was one of a few arcades open. 3 people in our party bought $20 game cards. My daughter was playing the spinning wheel machine for kids. The most expensive prize is a small piece for 100 tickets between two bigger pieces for 4 tickets. It clearly landed on the 10p ticket part (through some miracle), but the machine registered it as 4. We pointed it out to a staff member who said "there's nothing I can do" and gave us a free spin. Of course she didn't winning the 100 tickets like she should have. In my mind he either should have given us 100 physical tickets or allowed her to play until she won 100. Another person was playing the coin pushing machines. The ticket dispenser kept jamming, to the point where they had to shut down the machine. This meant she lost a ton of her plays. It seems like the staff are trying to do their best with machines that are long past repairs. Instead of putting things out of order they allow them to stsy broken and wait for enough people to complain. Not a great way to run a business unless you're the owner making bank on janky arcade machines. I would advise going to other arcades on thr boardwalk or see if there's better ones nearby.

July was much hotter than June. I will summarize both visits. It is conveniently located on the boardwalk. The place is air conditioned during the summer. This is a nice amusement and arcade area with lots of choices including Skee ball ticketed games, pinballs, claw machines, shoot em up games, air hockey, and more. On my first visit I paid $20 for their amusement card with extra points. My family used up my $20 game card so they purchased a second game card for another $20. Expect to spend $20-$40 here depending upon the size of your family. One of the machines did not function properly. A maintenance man was walking the floor so he fixed their machine. The tickets are redeemed for knick knacks and stuffies. My family of six including two children visited here in July. We returned here for a second time of amusement. It was very hot so we enjoyed the air conditioning. We enjoyed our second visit. We agreed we will continue to return here for more family amusement.

Me and my son enjoyed many of the fast rides. I liked that for the sea dragon ride there was a line to be at the ends. The haunted mansion had many jump scares. It was fun and worth the line. I liked how staff had their flag on their name tags. There were also areas where the history of fun land was shared. I would come here again

There are age-appropriate games and rides for the young and mature, making this the ideal family-friendly fun park. The rides are ticket-operated like many beach town fun parks. I kept some of the tickets as a memento. There are some instant-win prize arcade games to play, which again adds to this place's charm. They also offer popcorn, pretzels, drinks, and ice cream for sale. One thing to note is the ride attendants adhere to and strictly enforce the minimum height requirements for some of its rides, like bumper cars. I witnessed attendants turn away multiple kids who did not meet minimum height requirements despite the kids crying, screaming, and their parents visibly heartbroken that that they had to console their kids. I also observed some parents even question the determination by some ride attendants to deny their child entry to a ride despite the height measurement guideline being conspicuous; which I thought was odd. I understand parents do not want to see their children upset, however it is also true that no parent wants to see their child injured on a carnival ride when it could have been prevented. Overall, a very fun experience and my rule of thumb is if the kids love it, I love it too. I'll visit again when at Rehoboth Beach.
