I've been going to Martinez Urgent Care for close to a year now for my primary care. NP Kline has has provided excellent care for both myself and my elderly mom. I like that we can go when it's convenient for us and not be held to a specific appointment time, as it's hit or miss when a senior citizen is up to going to the doctor. It's not only the convenience factor, the care we've received has been very thorough. I appreciate that NP Kline takes time to listen and provides the proper care. The office is very clean and organized. Even as a walk-in, we've never waited long to be called in. Even when the waiting room seemed full at times upon arrival. The location is convenient and there are plenty of parking spaces dedicated for handicapped drivers. I appreciate the care both myself and my mom have received at this location. I would definitely recommend this urgent care based on my own personal experience. read more

I visited several doctors trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I ended up here with NP Kline. The level of care she gives is excellent. She listened to all my concerns, symptoms, ran several tests, and diagnosed me in one visit. She even checked back in with me one week later to make sure everything was getting better. It's hard to find someone that doesn't just see you as just another patient and just treats symptoms to make you go away. I am happy to have stumbled upon this place and NP Kline. Also, as a person who hates anything to do with needles. I had my blood taken by Janelle. 10/10 if you're afraid of needles, you want her to draw your blood. Didn't feel a thing and was honestly completely distracted during the whole ordeal. Thank you guys for setting these standard for any future doctor visits that I'll have. read more

The staff is incompetent at best. explaining things "Barney style" still wasn't enough. Had to cancel appointments because the staff could not get the simple task of sending a referral to the specialist. Have been using Dr. Brown as my primary care manager for 2-3 years now and have yet to see him in person. His physician assistant(s) are quick to throw pills at you rather than listen to your concerns. read more

The new office looks awesome. Dr Brown, his nurse practitioners and all of his staff are great. His team assists with managing maintenance meds, my sick visits and helps with my husbands company (dot physicals and pre employment drug testing). Rating: 3.5/5. The staff was accommodating and able to receive me earlier than my appointment. The Asian receptionist seemed frazzled. The medical staff was courteous and efficient. The test took as much time as planned. It was easy to park on their parking lot. The facility was conveniently located near Bobby's burgers. read more

Won't be coming back here for sure. Waste of my damn time. Sat in the room for over an hr and change for the doctor who finally came in and ask two questions and said "it sounds like a sinus infection, I'm prescribing these meds". I said so you not going to look at me. He said no bc he cant see my sinus he would have to send me to do an X-ray. Well shit shine your light down my throat, my nose, my ear something. I've been seeing Dr. Brown for a couple of years now. With the exception of the long wait time, I've had no complaints. BUT this new receptionist/office worker, Autumn, is rude af! I hope she leaves asap before I find another doctor. If I could give negative stars for just her, I would certainly do so. Next time Autumn slams that phone down in my ear, I will shove it so far up her ass that she will need no hands. Dr Brown and his staff are awesome!! I've been undergoing treatment for my condition since my twenties and I started coming here when I moved back to GA 3 years ago and I'm better than I've ever been! Dr Brown always listens to my concerns and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and never ever made me feel like a chart. They always treat me like I'm apart of their family! That's something I've never received before by my past Dr office. Dr Brown and his Practitioners and his nurses treat me so well that my Brother and mother started to see him as well. If you're looking for a Family Dr that cares and listens to your concerns and addresses them and works with you then Martinez Urgent Care is the place to go! The fact that they called this place an urgent care center is a JOKE! Friday I came in for a pre employment drug screen. I came in before 3 pm, but the nurses in the check in area have their clocked turned 15 minutes fast. They told me I was too late for the day. Instructed me to come back at 745am Monday. Showed up at 740. It is almost 840 now and I am still waiting for a pre employment drug screen. There are 10-15 other people waiting in the room with me. Not one person has been called back to see a dr or nurse. This place is a joke! Don't waste your time!! read more

I waited 3 hrs in the nearly empty waiting room. When I finally was called back to the treatment area, I waited another 45 minutes until I left unseen! There are too many other "urgent care" clinics in the area for you to waste your time with these clowns! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! read more

This clinic is absolutely horrible I'm actually writing this from inside the clinic right now. It is now 4:55. I'm here simply attempting to get a medication refill for my spinal fracture. We called ahead this morning and we're told to arrive at 1:00 to "avoid a long wait" we waited for 3 hrs were taken back about an hour ago at 4:00. The MA taking my vitals not only paused to criticize HOW I hurt my back but took the time to chit chat with every coworker passing by about her grandmother or recent high school graduations. I was finally roomed at 4:20 and guess what...I'm STILL waiting!!! Keep in mind this was for a simple meds refill AND there were only 3 patients in the waiting room when we arrived one of which was leaving. read more

I was apart of their "Suboxone Program" which I dont know why they even call it a program because its a doctor visit just like when you have a regular check up. I went here for six months before being "dismissed" by the doctor. I was honest. I called and told them I was struggling with my meds lasting. I was put on hold and then told by a nurse that the doctor was dismissing me from his practice and would no longer see me as a patient. I started crying. I explained I've never had any problems and never failed any urinalysis the entire time I had been apart of the suboxone program. I am shocked at how they just threw me out, especially over the phone. Every visit they would ask me if I was having cravings, if the meds were working / lasting, etc. but as soon as I was, they kicked me to the curb. Be careful and avoid this place as they do not care about your recovery. It's all about money and since the doctor can only cover so many suboxone patients at a time, they are quick to replace you with someone else they can make more money off of read more

Tires Plus uses this place for drug testing. I took a friend and after about an hour the receptionist said it would be a while. There was no need to see a doctor. He simply needed blood drawn. Wow! These people acted like there was not a care in the world. There is an actual lab down Wheeler Rd that would have been a quick in and out. My friend had another job to go to so we did not stick around. Will go back on his days off as we have no other choice. read more

Terrible experience at this place. It took over 3 hours to see the doctor. They needed to draw blood..... it took 5 sticks before they got it I felt like I was going to pass out. If your sick don't go there, once I was placed in a room it took the doctor an hour to see me. My neighbor frowned when I said I was going there I see why now. read more
