Served with homemade flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, rice and refried or charro beans. I ordered the Enchiladas dos-Two grande cheese enchiladas covered with a choice of queso, Tijuana cream sauce, or Tex-Mex chilli. The tamale had a wonderful brisket-like filling, although there was a little too much masa for me. The cheese enchilada was filled with actual cheese, which is a good (if not rare) thing these days.
