Excellent service, really helpful friendly staff, delivery guys rocked! Thank you George in sales,…read moreand Derek and Joe the delivery guys! Prices the same as the big box stores, and they actually service what they sell UNLIKE big box stores! They sell MANY different brands. I used them before for service and was very satisfied. I just bought a huge top of the line Frigidaire refrigerator and a top of the line Maytag washer and they came out as soon as they could, which was about three days because I had all my food in coolers on the porch. The delivery crew took the time to teach me how to operate those appliances which was really helpful. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with them, and customer service too.

Actually zero. Went in looking to buy a stove, cash in hand. was looking for a coil top stove…read morebecause that's my preference. Was told they could only order them online. Husband mentioned that I like to do canning. Salesman argued that, no, you cant do canning on a coil top stove due to the sensors. I have been doing this for years with a newer stove. He did not show me anything online, was not helpful at all, did nothing to get this sale. I also asked about a portable dishwasher, again no help, said they don't have them in the store because they are not a big seller. Didn't show me anything online. obviously he must have had some personal issues going on in his life because I have never come across a salesman that didn't try to get a sale. I feel he was cocky and rude. my husband and I left, went to Lowes and within an hour had ordered, paid and set up next day delivery with exactly what we wanted. Martin Appliance, try a little harder, will you!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE GO ELSE WHERE!…read more I brought my tractor tire to this shop with a simple request: put the tire back on the rim and check for leaks. They charged me $44 and sent me on my way. As soon as I got home (literally one block away), the tire was already low. Checked again that night -- almost flat. I did a bubble test myself and, unsurprisingly, there was still a leak. I called and spoke with the store manager, Matt, who told me not to "lose sleep" over $44. That's pretty funny coming from a place that probably brings in millions a year -- and even funnier given that the $44 refund wasn't even coming out of his paycheck. So why was he so defensive about it? Instead of just fixing the issue, he suggested I "might've run over a nail" in the one-block drive home and said I'd have to wait until Monday so he could "speak to the service manager." Even after all that back-and-forth, Matt ended up approving the refund himself -- so what was all the stalling for? Oh, and here's the bonus round: the tech thought he lost the valve stem cap, so instead of saying something, he stole one off the back tire and hoped I wouldn't notice. Spoiler alert: I had the original cap at home the whole time. Bottom line: I paid for a job that wasn't done, got talked down to by the manager, and had parts quietly swapped off the rest of my equipment. If this is how they treat customers over $44 and a leaky tire, I can only imagine how bad it gets when the stakes are higher. I won't be back -- and if you value your time, money, or valve stem caps, I'd suggest finding another shop too.
