SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE GO ELSE WHERE!…read more I brought my tractor tire to this shop with a simple request: put the tire back on the rim and check for leaks. They charged me $44 and sent me on my way. As soon as I got home (literally one block away), the tire was already low. Checked again that night -- almost flat. I did a bubble test myself and, unsurprisingly, there was still a leak. I called and spoke with the store manager, Matt, who told me not to "lose sleep" over $44. That's pretty funny coming from a place that probably brings in millions a year -- and even funnier given that the $44 refund wasn't even coming out of his paycheck. So why was he so defensive about it? Instead of just fixing the issue, he suggested I "might've run over a nail" in the one-block drive home and said I'd have to wait until Monday so he could "speak to the service manager." Even after all that back-and-forth, Matt ended up approving the refund himself -- so what was all the stalling for? Oh, and here's the bonus round: the tech thought he lost the valve stem cap, so instead of saying something, he stole one off the back tire and hoped I wouldn't notice. Spoiler alert: I had the original cap at home the whole time. Bottom line: I paid for a job that wasn't done, got talked down to by the manager, and had parts quietly swapped off the rest of my equipment. If this is how they treat customers over $44 and a leaky tire, I can only imagine how bad it gets when the stakes are higher. I won't be back -- and if you value your time, money, or valve stem caps, I'd suggest finding another shop too.

They had what I needed and every single employee who chipped in was as nice as can be. The showroom is gorgeous and even the bathrooms look like they would be in a 5 star hotel. This first experience with Martin will not be my last. Thanks again Luke. You saved our weekend.

This is the second time we have used Martin Water Company to install our water conditioning system…read more We recently moved and could not bear to be without the system that we absolutely loved, so we recently had the same system installed at our new home. The customer service is just simply OUTSTANDING. Dwayne Martin was our contact. He came to our house to test our existing water, talked through the system with us (although we already knew first hand what a magnificent system it is) and followed-up after the installation with a visit to again test the system to make sure it was everything we needed it to be. Brandon was our installer. What a personable, respectful young man he was! He, in turn, answered any questions we had, explained the system after it was installed, and returned to take care of some minor leaking that occurred in the first few days. I cannot say enough about Martin Water Company. They are knowledgeable, respectful, patient, helpful, and know their products! We will continue to use them for future appliance purchases and water conditioning supplies. (Our house is also full of furniture from their sister company, Martin Furniture, in Ephrata, PA). Both companies are worth our hard-earned dollars!
