They gave me a different dr who did t right scripts and sent over tests 3 times with no medical coding. Now I have to find a new dr because they refuse to let me speak with my regular dr off 11yrs who knows me and has done my last 6 surgeries.

I'd go electronic billing if they had some sembelence to the mailed bill. Pay a co-pay when checking in - the receipt is complete vague - no notation that it is a co pay. A NEVER listen the doctor..... when the clerk is asked to add a notation to the receipt - seems fear sets in not allowed or able to do that. These people are totally tone deaf to the customers concerns. They only sample customer satisfaction for 5 star practitioners. Guess they are chasing only favorable surveys. If my doctors were at a different company - look out I'd be gone from CRHC in a flash. Lots of excuses - no results !! They love to pass the buck " Oh, that's another department......" I've written dr teitlebaum several times with no results or the courtesy of a return call. They seem to be more interested in $$$$$$$, seems to be a high turn over - not at all impressed. The ER Dr. at St. Anthony's was fantastic the medication he gave me worked fantastic. Here is my problem and all the Doctors know it. I work long hours on my feet. When seeing Dr. Koulova I told her what I was experiencing. I went to work that following week and had sever cramping in my lower legs and feet. I called the office back and they told me they couldn't help me I had to go see my regular doctor. I called the primary care doctor but can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I called this Goshen Medical crap back explaining my situation and was told they can't help me. I told them to go explicit themselves. How is it you go to a doctor they take your money then wont help you. Screw this place and Dr. piece of crap Koulova why can't they answer a basic question that I had.
