Came here 4/21/26 based on high ratings for a special occasion. I asked for a brunette base,…read morehighlights, and a haircut. After 5.5 hours and $350 + tip, my gray hairs in the front were still completely visible--the main reason I came in. When I brought it up, I was told I should have specifically asked for gray coverage, which should be part of a basic consultation or at minimum asking the client if this is something they want. I also had uneven, patchy highlights. I returned the next day for a fix, requested a different stylist, and was denied. They said the same person could fix it all they needed to do was tone it down a bit, and cover the greys The "correction" resulted in my hair being taken darker overall, with the highlights essentially gone. I paid for highlights and left with dark hair. They told me eventually it should lighten down but I'm not seeing any improvement it's still really dark. To make matters worse I also left with visible dye on my forehead something I wouldn't expect after paying this price at a salon. Very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend I honestly wanted to cry. I really would have expected a partial refund or a proper correction by a more experienced stylist.

I have decided to stop because IMHO, I'm the client, and i'm paying THE TECH to do my hair, not the other way around. My last visit just this past week - I asked for a more layered cut (pictured) and it came out like a one length bob. If I ask a second opinion or additional advice, they get offended. Not to mention they say comments in a very offensive way like "why are you like this" or "when did you become so picky"? And then she speaks to her teammembers in Persian or Farsi or whatever language other than so I don't understand, but I DO understand body language, and it's rude. She even gave me tips on how to take care of my hair, and how to style it. She is fun to talk to and a great hairstylist overall. The vibe in the whole salon felt very lively and friendly. I would definitely come back and get my hair done here. They also have different services, from nails, to facials, etc. I would love to try those out in the future as well. My service was wash, cut, and style for $75. I know nowadays everything is getting expensive, but this was the most worth it experience. Kimberly did an amazing job on giving me what I wanted!
