There was little to no tension with the round brush, and it did not seem like the stylist was comfortable handling the brush or blow dryer. When she finished, the top of my hair was still damp, the style lacked volume and bounce, and the part was uneven. The stylist also did not show me the finished style with a mirror, which is standard practice. I expressed my disappointment at the end of the service, but while I was still in the salon checking out, I overheard another stylist comment to the one who did my hair that she "thought it was pretty," openly discussing my dissatisfaction within earshot. That felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location or recommend it to others.
