For one they place your deer in a "freezer truck" that is NOT RUNNING. And told me the meat stays good. I had to take the meat back. Said one order of it was "over cooked" and one order was fine. (Took 2 deer) They want me to take off work to come pick the "good meat" back up that was their mistake from the begging. So why should I miss work for this nasty place? This place is a joke! Me and ole Hannah do not see eye to eye as she is rude AF. This place should be ashamed to even call themselves " deer processors". I have wasted money at this place even fuel money to return meat that should have never left there. Alex is "too busy" to even call somebody back cause he knows how crappy of a person he is screwing people. And they are LIARS!!! They said that the meat I received came from the deer i brought in, but yet they offered to make me more without me bringing a deer in for processing. That means they either have it premade or they was taking meat from someone else's deer. This place is crooked. Alex Bryant blocked me on Facebook when I asked him to call me. That is UNPROFESSIONAL.

Do I regret taking so much time to get here? YES The staff are wonderful. They have a case of things they offer right then and there. They have a frozen section with a bunch of breakfast sandwiches and other items. They have a menu of things you can order. The store itself is small but it's quiet considering it's attached to their actual production area. My only regret is not coming when my freezer was low. We grabbed a whole bunch of items and saved quite a bit vs grocery store prices. Mark my word we will be back.

Unfortunately this won't be a good review. We ordered a half a cow and were told that it was going…read moreto be 5.50 a lb. And our order would be anywhere from 250 to 300 lbs. so at the high end a little less than 1800 for the half. I called to confirm this 3 times. We drove in from Las Vegas around 330 miles one way. We packed it in our coolers and thought the amount seemed light. I asked if there was weigh slips we could see and of course Brayden said we don't do that. Seemed odd but okay and went in to settle up. My friend and I split the half so should have been around 900 for each of us but when we saw the bill it's was 1213.00 each. So for the half it was 2426.00. We should have just walked out but I think we were both I shock and stunned at the price. I asked about how much meat was there and was told around 310lbs but had no way to prove it. We were both very disappointed with what we were told compared to what we received. Plus we got a bunch of soup bones as part of the meat weight. We spent approximately 12 hours driving up to get this order. Very shocked and disappointed. We will never buy from them again. Our order ended up costing a little over 9.00 a lb.
