However, we did buy a copper finished light pendant from Natalie for $137.00. At time of purchase she opened the top of the box so we could confirm it was the pendant we had chosen. Before assembly, my husband opened the box and a unique little screw and loop was missing and the cord was frayed. We immediately called Natalie and she said we were a couple of days past purchase date. She would not swap it out or even give us a stored credit. She got me to send all sorts of pictures on March 8 and said she would research to see if the manufacturer would take it back and would call us back in a couple of days. So... never heard back from Natalie, so my husband spent a lot of time looking for the special screw and top loop and spent over $40 on parts to rewire the pendant. Thank goodness we did not spend thousands of $ on tile from them. I'm supposing if some tile were to break during shipment, they would not consider it their problem. Not a good way to run a business!
