Nice shop, but nothing special. I love Paula Deen, but the shop was definitely more of a tourist shop.

Not good service tried to buy a matching cutting board, spatula, and towel. We told employee named Kathy it charged us twice. She said and I quote, "well there's nothing I can do about that" it was 51 dollars Charging us in total 102 dollars didn't even get a refund for the second charge this was not a good experience and Kathy didn't even try to help. read more

Wanted to write a review to the staff member who doubled down and made negative comments to my family member who was wearing a "Bride To Be" sash. You had made multiple comments about the weather going to be bad, including asking her what time the wedding would be at so you could continue to be negative about it. While we did get some rain during the day- the entire ceremony was sunny! Gatlinburg is a destination for wedding parties and bachelorette trips, I don't think there was a single other place that was anything but excited for her and her family. Would rather go to a smaller/family run store in Gatlinburg and get similar items for the same if not cheaper pricing with happier staff! read more

If I had $10,000 - this is where I would spend it. This store is so amazing. Whoever does their displays ~ I want them to design my kitchen. I bought the cutest butter dish, an apron and a cast iron skillet for hoe cakes - yes they are a real thing and take your mind out of the gutter cause I know what you are thinking about. Anyway the store is super cute, kind of small so they don't have a TON of merchandise but you can order off their website and get free shipping and 10% off. Also get this - one of my lovely granddaughters used my fave Paula Deen apron to make slime. She stained the apron. I was lamenting about it to the sales person. All I have to do is email a picture of the apron to her and she will replace it FREE OF CHARGE!!!!!! You may pay a little more at Paula Deen but the rewards you reap are outstanding. read more

There were so many fun kitchen and other items to choose from. I had fun picking out what I couldn't live without.

So many nice things to pick out! Touristy prices but every store around here is like that so you can't really hold that against anyone. Staff were all friendly, kind, and helpful, but we weren't wearing sashes or expecting other people to make a fuss over us, so we had no reason to misinterpret their intent behind the conversation, if that makes a difference. Great place to beat the heat and get some things for the house! read more

I wanted to check out the Paula Deen Store the moment we were walking by. Of course being in a touristy area, things are way over priced. I grew up on ooey gooey bars, before I even knew about Paula Deen having her own recipe. Essentially you take cake mix, mix it with butter and eggs, then make the topping which is cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla. I thought it was pretty neat that Paula Deen's store had made their own ooey gooey bars product...but then I looked at it and all it is, is the cake mix - which makes sense because you have to buy the dairy products. But really? $7 for a box of cake mix?! You can make the entire gooey bars recipe for less than that by going to the grocery store! On a side note, I still enjoyed checking out the store, looking at all the catchy phrase products, the seasonings, etc. read more

Paula Deen Store - Gooey bars are fantastic, but $7 for cake mix is laughable - Grocery Near Me - Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Super cute items for your home and kitchen! This store, I don't even know where to begin with! It is like a very country home goods, mixed with a little Williams Sonoma, mixed with a little children's Melissa and Doug store! I have the cutest little baby section! The prices are pretty reasonable, and the staff is very helpful. We ended up buying a butter crock, where you pack the butter in the bell and fill it with water and apparently it keeps the butter soft and fresh for about a week. I have not tried it yet, so will do that. I also bought a very cute mug from there if that says great Smoky Mountains with the map inside. They had beautiful items for children, like a little cooking sets and they had wonderful little towels, make up pouches, spatulas, corn holders, cute sayings for your kitchen, tons and tons of things! Go in here, I bet you cannot leave without buying something! And who doesn't like butter??? They have tons of things shaped like butter, they even have chocolate that is shaped like butter! Go in y'all! read more

I purchased the Paula Deen Family's New Hammered Aluminum Forged Silver 14pc Cookware Set from their online store and apparently the shipment was lost, by either the Deen staff or the USPS. the tracking number exists but still shows at the place of arrival, and the daily email I get from the USPS has dropped the item from my expected delivery section. I have been in contact with a Karen F, who's idea of customer service is to throw her hands into the air and tell me it's not their problem. Paula needs my money, you see, and their going to keep it and maybe my order shows up, and maybe it doesn't. She also claims that the item is sold out, so (doing the time test right thing) shipping me a replacement item while they work out the issue with the PS is not an option. Funny thing is I was still able to place the same item into my cart on the website as if it were in inventory. But clearly the Deen store is content to collect money with no intention of delivering a product. This is typical modern day customer service. read more

You can't go to Gatlinburg and not go here. Loved it here. From the minute you walk in you find a Paula Deen cut board for a picture with her to the end of the store with a video of her cooking, it AMAZING.. I loved all the towels with here sayings on them, (Hey y'all) too all the cook books. I picked up to few I wanted to buy. Loved all the sauces and jams they sell. The store itself is a little smaller then I thought it would be but I loved it all. read more

I was sadly super disappointed with this store. I thought it would be much much larger. This store is pretty tiny and just has some random knicknacks, dish towels, recipe books, stuff like that. Also prices were pretty outrageous also. read more

This was a delight to find in the middle of a very touristy area! Great to see all the merchandise with the Southern gal spirit! Loads of housewares, cookbooks and cute tees! The cut out of Paula welcoming you in the front door is a photo bomb dream! The staff was oh, so friendly! The store was busy so it was hard to get to every nook and cranny, but that just provides a excuse to go back! read more

This is a large store full of farmhouse decor and phrases using the word "ya'll". The staff even uses it, saying "Hey ya'll, welcome to the Paula Deen store". Inside you'll mainly find kitchen and food items, but also candles and home decor. The shelves were nicely stocked, prices decent and the store is well organized and clean. The style is exactly what you'd expect to find with Paula Deen. read more

I loved my stop at PD Store. I have collected some kitchenware over the years - some saucepans for chocolate melting, measuring cups and spatulas. I am a big fan of the PD pumpkin butter so I had to get some! The lady at the register was very helpful! I think you will enjoy this cute little store especially if you love PD cooking. Great place to get gifts too! read more

A smaller store located in downtown Gatlinburg. They have some cute kitchen accessories and things, though a bit overpriced. The cashier was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the products that were for sale. She was able to answer all of our questions in detail. read more

Cute store. Appropriately priced for the area and the name on the label. Looking for something that says, "Hey Ya'll" Look no further!!! This store is all things Paula Deen. My most favorite item and I wish I would have went for it was the Tervis that said, "Bless Your Heart." read more

The wife is a huge fan of the Food Network and Paula Deen's southern cooking, so as we were walking down Parkway one evening, we came upon the new Paula Deen store. This store simply carries anything and everything with Paula's name on it that belongs in your kitchen. There's a lot of different sets with dish towels, aprons, oven mitts all geared towards color schemes or certain phrases. Anything that you could use in your kitchen, it's in this store, and a lot of it was pretty cool. Of course you can find all of her cookbooks, sauces, and even pastas that look pretty tasty. Surprisingly, all of these items are not terribly expensive. It's a cool looking store that has a very southern kitchen look and feel to it. There's lots to check out, anyone who is a fan of her show will LOVE this place, and even if you're not a fan, you could probably find something cool for your kitchen at home. It's a brand new store, it's clean and well-maintained, and the associates working there are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a look around, especially if you're a fan. Great little store. read more

I walked by this store and made a joke about deep friend butter. When we walked in, believe it or not there was a whole display of butter related merchandise. Butter ornaments, butter magnets, butter salt and pepper shakers... you get the idea. The rest of the store was mostly kitchen related items with some baking mixes. Seemed kind of overpriced. read more

Cute little store. The employees were very friendly and helpful. This place had a lot of rooster/chicken decor which I've been looking for. Great prices too especially given that you expect things to be pricey give. The name on them. read more

Nice store. I bought some new kitchen items that are of excellent quality and have held up really great. A little pricy but worth it.

I joined Yelp JUST to report this. If I could give negative stars, I would. Expected everything to be way overpriced b/c of where I was however had some things in hand to purchase. One of which was a magnetic timer. The one I had, I couldn't get to work, and asked my SEVEN YEAR OLD SON to find me another while I showed my wife the one I had. He did...and as I heard, it rang twice. When I turned to grab the one he had, I was met by some old heifer who literally SNATCHED it out of his hands, THEN grabbed the rest off the shelf and took the one I WAS HOLDING.....stomped off and threw them under the counter. WTF?!?! Did this just happen? I loudly said "Well...that's all I need to see." And dropped everything on the floor. A lady, standing behind me said to my wife - I have four kids and if I wasn't getting this for someone else, I'd do the same thing. That was totally uncalled for." Loudly, and while passing by the ole hag, I said "Yep. It was VERY uncalled for and quite rude. So Paula and that woman (pointing at her) can keep this crap." read more

I have gone to this store in Pigeon Forge and was happy that I found it in Gatlinburg close to where I was staying. Store is very small and hard to move around though. The store at The Island in Pigeon Forge is MUCH better (bigger store means more selection also). Anyways, the employees at this store not very friendly, at least the lady that cashed me out at the register. I specifically went there to buy Paula's lip balm. I discovered it years ago and am addicted. Buy some everytime I head to the Smoky Mountains. I had a coupon for a free item (which is a lip balm) and I bought 10 balms. They are $2.50 each. I presented the coupon and very snotty she says "you have to have $20 and I doubt you have that". I responded to her "I'm not that good at math, but I have 10 of them at $2.50 each and even I know that it's more than $20." She rudely snapped back "I don't think so, but we shall see.". Another girl at the counter was nicer and said that she knew it was over the required purchase and told her to charge me only 9 balms since I'd get the 10th for free. The first girl rolled her eyes! Wow, what great customer service. Sadly, every trip to the Pigeon Forge store was much more pleasant. Next trip, I'll head down to The Island and shop there where I've never had someone roll their eyes at me. read more
