Am sorry, but with all due respect I would not recommend this law office. I called and asked if…read morethey handled Social Security issues. I was told they do and they would have Mr. Garrison call me. He called me a short time later and as we were talking I was explaining my need in looking for an attorney and stated that because I was fighting SS for an over payment they claim they did that no lawyer would help as by law they cannot charge a fee and can only handle people who are seeking to GET their SS claim approved, NOT fight for those that were so called over payment. As we were talking, and I was trying to understand this he stated that NO lawyer would help as they would get disbarred if they did. Mr. Garrison then stated that he could not talk longer as he had a conference call about to start and rushed me off the phone. I think this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as HE called me back and should have made sure he had the time to talk when he did call me back. Seeing we had ONLY been talking for FOUR minutes before this. To me, this law firm is just as bad at the social security office and not willing to help someone. Because of this I would NOT recommend having them represent ANYONE in ANY type of case.
