We met a second time, in person, and went over, in detail, what was needed. He said it would be delivered in a little over a month. We never received a trust. I called many times and spoke to the paralegal and the receptionist but they would not give us a status, explanation or reason for this. I also sent emails directly to Alex and got no response. We finally sent a certified letter to terminate the relationship. We did not get any rebate on our payment for the trust we cannot use. We did not get any response at all. Do not use this legal service. You have been warned.
