They saw us walk in yet did not verbally acknowledge us. We browsed, oohed and ahhed over some of the cute tops, and eventually found ourselves near the front counter. At this point the customer finished and left. Still, no greeting or anything from either employee. There was no one else in the store. After they finished their conversation, the older employee went to the back. We continued shopping until finally I looked up and loudly said to the remaining employee: "Good morning, how are you?". She responded and STILL didn't ask if we needed assistance, if we were finding everything okay, if we had questions about any of their products, or anything! We couldn't believe how unprofessional both employees were. They obviously didn't need our business so we left. We try very hard to support local businesses. But when the employees treat us like we are invisible and aren't good enough to greet us when we enter their establishment or offer shopping assistance, then that business clearly does not want our money.

However when the chair was returned. There was damage to the fabric. My mom called the company, emailed Brent photos of the damage. No response. Very sad to think a local company would not back their product damaged by their delivery person. Sad to think the company is okay with ignoring 73 old woman's calls. The fabric is now shinny and stiff from where the chair was shoved against the pick up bed. Guess they got their money and have no desire for future business. Please beware.

After they opened in Madera my dad bought another bike from them. My daughter bought a bike from them, and we get all our bikes serviced there. The Wilson family are the nicest and as honest as it comes. Tyler Wilson runs the service department, and he is great. They try hard to have your bike ready for you even when you don't have an appointment. The drive out there From Fresno/Clovis is nice if you go the Friant way. Even if you did not buy a bike from them, it's worth taking it there for the service. Despite costing less than the "Big Honda" dealer in Fresno, the "family" treatment is why I go there.
