The previous owner had lived there for 30 years, and we wanted the home to feel as fresh and clean as possible. The representative (Carlos) assured me that the crew knew what a move-in cleaning involved. However, when they arrived, they called me asking what they were supposed to clean, and I had to explain everything again. After moving in (& after the cleaning), I discovered thick, caked-on grease on the stove hood & also in the sink drain. I contacted the company and sent pictures and asked them to return to clean the area they had missed. Although Carlos initially responded, he ultimately ghosted me despite multiple follow-ups. And for a cleaning that cost over $600, I expected them to be much more professional & also to address an obvious missed area. I was also disappointed by how they handled their nonrefundable deposit, which is half the total cost. When they couldn't accommodate my preferred date, I tried to cancel and book another company. They processed the cancellation without reminding me that I would forfeit approximately $300 or explaining whether the deposit could be applied to a rescheduled cleaning. I only realized the charge remained when I checked my credit card statement. I then rearranged my schedule and rehired them to avoid losing the money. None of the other cleaning companies I contacted required such a substantial nonrefundable deposit. Overall, the incomplete cleaning, lack of follow-through, and poor communication about the deposit made this a disappointing experience.

They even had a manager come to the house and stop by and inspect the house. I saw her on her hands and knees move something that was under my cabinet to make sure the team got behind the stuff. WHAT?! I mean, come on. All evening I'm looking around and realizing the detail behind what they cleaned. They took the dog hair that get stuck to the bottom of the chairs in my kitchen. They cleaned the cracks in my shower drain! They dusted my light bulbs on my side tables. They do the tiny little things that you see in your house but ignore because you think "I am too busy to clean this." I keep getting excited realizing just how clean my house is.
