Didn't call back. I called back after the scheduled arrival time and was disconnected/hung up on. I called the company and they seemed confused as to who this Mike was. I've listened to the message and he does say he's from "Frontline fire protection". Was told they'd call me back after seeing what happened, they do have a Mike that works with them that does his own scheduling. I'm baffled as to what happened. Now I'm on a tighter deadline to get my fire system inspected and I have to take time off, again, from work.

Ferro Heating and Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for three straight days, and every time the appointment was pushed back. On the fourth day, no one showed up at all. I called the company to find out what was going on, and somehow my phone number was blocked. This is, without a doubt, the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful of their customers' time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for service. I honestly have no idea who is running this company, but this is not how you treat customers.
