I just witnessed a driver threatened to kick a visibly older woman off bc her tap card declined. If it wasnt for the passengers saying something she wouldve kicked her off mind you we've already drove pass her original pick up. I'm starting to think these drivers get a kick out it. Our group was outside and ready to be picked up at midnight, but Atlanta Designated Driver never came. We never received an explanation or apology. I like the fact that I usually see MARTA police around the lot and the station itself. It is a short hop to the 5 points station which is the main transfer point. Of note, there are no other businesses adjacent to this area. Great option for going downtown to the various arenas (State Farm, MB Stadium, etc...) , or other venues and attractions. You can buy a Breeze card (which can be reloaded with $), or buy a singe-trip pass using the automated vending system outside of the gates to the train. I love having this resource available in my community.
