BEWARE!!! I went to my unit and found my lock gone and their lock on my unit, I called to report…read morethis and they said my account was past due. I explained I have auto pay and my rent is always paid on time. The customer service looked up my account, confirmed what I had said and gave me the combo to their lock. When I opened my unit I found it ramsacked. When I called customer service back they could not explain why they removed my lock, which made it appear their maintenance person did the vandolism. The case was forwarded to the manager. His return call gave me a different story. He claims my unit was found without a lock and they put theirs on. The company did not notify me of this, and he told me the customer service is at another location and they don't know what they are talking about. By changing their story they appear to be at fault. I have not been able to determine if anything is missing because of the condition it was left in. I will never recommend this company!

They were thinking it was gonna be smarter and easier to leave some of their items here , while going home for summer break. Hopefully the police, the company and the insurance company do their job. If not, I will be complaining until this matter is resolved.
