I went to two malls and…read moreseveral other stores in the metro Detroit area and found either every rack picked over or no dresses left at all. I happened upon this place by accident on my search for my child. I knew of this location but did not know how nice it was, it is near a Kroger and a Hobby Lobby, so I did not realize it was a full fledged department store in the middle of a strip mall. Once I found the proper section I finally found a small but nice rack of hoco dresses. Since my child was not with me I decided to get a couple sizes. The employees here were so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help with return policies, finding other sizes, and putting the dresses in hanging bags. Great customer service! I do not normally shop at this store, but since my positive experience, I will put it on my list of places to find our seasonal necessities along with Kohl's or other such shops.

The women's bathroom was clean. It seems to be a bit smaller in size than some other Supercenters but appeared to be well stocked with the basics and a few additional items. I was able to find some of the food items that I may typically acquire at a Walmart so that's a plus for me. Like most Supercenters, there are a few additional services/businesses available inside, potentially adding to the convenience of shopping here: Subway, Walmart Vision & Glasses, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Overall, an A-Ok place to shop.

I ran up to the door and my watch said 8:58 (they closed that night at 9:00) and the manager wouldn't let me in. He said they were closed. I showed him my phone and said it's wasn't 9:00 yet. He said, sorry they were already shut down back there in the back. I said, " We'll what time do you close then?" He answers back 9:00 and I said again, " but it's not 9:00". If you are open to 9:00, be open until that time. How will I know when I'm wasting gas again by going up there close to closing time? Is five minutes to 9:00 enough? Ten? What point of reference am I to use besides the closing time posted on the door?

She definitely needs to retake her customer training and be reminded, that the customers are the reason she is there. It's not like the store is very busy anymore, she is just lazy and makes the customers wait unnecessarily, while she takes her time. It's sad that there are people like her representing Kohls.

One staff member was very kind and tried to help by finding boxes, but another employee (possibly the manager) came out, took them out of my hands, and firmly said no. She repeated that I had to select "gift wrap" during online checkout, but from a customer's perspective, after waiting in a long line, receiving 10 gift items stuffed into a small shopping bag was extremely disappointing. I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. I definitely won't be returning after this experience, and I regret not asking for the employee's name (short-haired lady with not-so-fluent English).

Talked to a LP training company..... said the additional training is 15 mins Longer. Way to go Tractor Supply ‍ When they don't have anyone Qualified to fill the tanks they feel the need to tell you that your the only one that comes in with a onboard tank. Thanks T.S. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. I would have thought it would have had a nicer presentation. This is a great place if you like to treasure hunt. I did find some good Halloween items for a very low price, like the gel clings for windows which I ended up purchasing. But since I have been shopping around, I did notice that Ross, TJ Maxx, and some other bargain stores all had the exact same inventory. I am not saying I would not come back, but I would check some of the other similar business we already frequent first.
