I found great deals on children's shoes and housewares. I didn't have a shopping list but you can always find a great deal on something. The employees are super nice and know the lay out of the store. They have a nice glassware selection but not much in furniture. However we know they get new stuff in every single day. The best part of shopping with Goodwill is that you are supporting adults with disabilities. It doesn't get any better than that.

Upon entering it took us forever to get to that department because I kept stopping to "ooooh and aaaah" over decor, boots, pjs and all at unbelievably low pricing?! Sure enough we found exactly what I needed and paid a fourth of the cost at any other store. Awesome! Checking out was great as well. Every customer within hearing distance raved about their customer membership program when the cashier inquired. If I was a local, I'd be a regular!

He did something that I don't think I've seen anyone else do. He consistently approached people and asked them if they needed help scanning or bagging their groceries. I think this is very noteworthy. At any other type of grocery store of different names, the employees at the self- checkout lane usually stand back and just watch and wait for an issue with a machine. This young man (he might be my same age, but he looked younger) was actively engaging with customers and I think that was delightful. I've been slacking a bit in my yelp reviews (they tend to be very lengthy so I need to sit down and dedicate time thinking through everything) but tonight I felt compelled to write one. I was ultimately IMPRESSED by this good-natured employee. And I'll give my usual disclaimer, no, I am not in any way related to him . I figured I should point that out in case anyone wondered. I'm not sure if Walmart has surveys for people to do on service, etc, so i wanted to make sure I recognized this employee. Walmart, store manager, whomever, if you get a notification and read this, please give this employee some recognition. I think he's invaluable and demonstrates great customer service, and work ethic. Please don't squander his hardworking character.

Only once have found a check box to select no substitutions. Even that order had one substitution of store brand plastic wrap. 2. Another order I entered (& later after messed-up delivery, I double checked my order entry) "Denim" blue was sent in place of the "Navy" RIT dye I'd entered on Walmart website from a 3rd party. 3. The latest large order was marked as processed and ready for shipping/delivery at 10 PM. A driver's name was provided. No order by 10 PM!! Waited all evening, dang. Chatbot referred me to a human whom I told to redeliver order. No delivery occurred. No notification why (also poor non-communication/follow-up). I had to initiate comms yesterday, select the return call option. Agent was good in that she listened to my complaints, but I'd need to place a new order AS MY PREVIOUS ORDER HAD EXPIRED. Had not heard boo from Walmart. I requested that hold on my credit card be removed so that I can reorder today (silly me, ha, ha, we'll see how that turns out, not holding my breath). She said they'd release the hold. If a sentient being with a good education and a functioning brain and attention to detail reads this, for heaven's sake fix your system. Sign me, Thoroughly Disgusted
