They have furniture and large items upstairs. They have some nice boutique type jewelry in the counter. They also have a large selection of ordinary(but pretty) costume jewelry. They have a lot of dolls above the books in the book room. The art is on a wall upstairs with the furniture. I saw some pretty light fixtures in the back. They had cookware and small appliances. The young man who rang up our large clothing purchase, Sean/Shawn was an absolute standout. My mom was trying to use her Old Navy card and it turns out the card was expired but the account wasn't closed & she never received a new card from Old Navy. We weren't sure if we were going to be able to get everything since apparently you get a discounted price if you pay with an Old Navy card & it got busier in the store but Sean/Shawn helped us get that done. He also gave me hope for our country's future as my sister spoke with him on more personal matters and he showed that he's a member of the high school/college set who possesses common sense. I'd go back to this location if I were in the area for him alone since he definitely lived up to the standard of Southern hospitality expected by locals, including my family who also had praise for him.

I have…read morechronic nerve damage in my feet, and it has been very difficult to find flat, but cushioned, comfortable sandals, with Velcro straps. A young salesclerk helped me find a pair, which are great. A new style for me. I do wish there were more flat, cushioned sandal selections, in a variety of other colors, available. A great sale price and they have a rewards program. She even checked their other store locations to find a certain brand of sandals for me. We went to the store in Lexington, which held the sandals for 4 days for me. Sadly, the even sized sandals are too big for me. I am a true 7 1/2. 8 was too large. 7 too small. Prices are comparable to other franchised shoe stores in Salisbury, their web site is easy to use.

The staff at Rack Room has always helped me look and check the storeroom when I check in with them to see what is new. Recently Shyteah -my apologies if I remembered spelling of name incorrectly- was very helpful. I appreciated her patience and helping me look at what they had. the store is conveniently located off I-85, with enough parking. Their sales are comparable to other local shoe stores, a Rewards program, a good web site, and connections with other Rack Room Stores (I have had items sent to me and also to the store for pickup_ - you need something sent to your local Rack Room. I have had one pair of sandals for 4 years and they are my favorite pair. I have been trying for two years to find another pair like them!
