The most recent time I was in there I had a hard time finding the pants I wanted in black but my husband doesn't have to have black so I picked some other colors, they pants needed to be hemmed and the price for that service was very inexpensive. The sales lady told me they would probably be ready on Wednesday, Monday afternoon I got a call saying the pants were ready. I was very happy with this shopping trip and my previous trips have been about the same.

The store currently allows 9 people at a time, but is set up for maximum spaciousness. It was very bright and clean inside, and the employees all had masks on. The brand is more high end, so you should expect higher prices than your traditional department stores, but the clothes are made better. Currently, there are amazing sales!! We were assisted by Emily D. and she offered so much help. She gave so much insight on each piece we were considering and it was helpful to know, so we could avoid returning clothes since we are unable to try things on during the pandemic. However, she did offer us a free FedEx label for returns (just in case). She picked out jeans for me with the right size and style I prefer without me ever telling her my preferences! She went above and beyond and it was truly an enjoyable shopping experience, which is rarely said during this crazy time. The team that was working today truly influenced my husband and me to continue to shop with Lucky Brand. Those women truly deserve recognition and I hope they do receive it from the company. I work in retail myself and was amazed by my experience today!

The coupon I got was from a loyalty card I signed up for a few years ago when I was in Chattanooga, TN. I'm glad I received it because I have really been needing some cowboy boots for awhile. Anyway, the customer service was exceptional here. The manager went out of her way to help me. She spoke to me as soon as I walked in the store and asked if I needed and help. I said yes. She was friendly and real nice about my coupon I had. She did give me 10 percent off all 3 items I bought. In summary, I recommend signing up for their loyalty card to receive coupons via email. I am very happy with all merchandise I bought here and would visit this store again.

This was the Sunday before Christmas and the store was really crowded but a young associate named Kadan took the time to really help us select a Stetson hat. He was knowledgeable about the product and really patient in answering our questions and even checking the store room for a size that wasn't out on display. My nephew did buy one of the hats and it was a really enjoyable experience. The store has a great selection of Western clothing and boots at reasonable prices. And the professional customer service we had from Kadan made all the difference.

They get clearance merchandise that never sold from places like target and Kohl's. They obviously get a lot of junk from Amazon pallets too. The store is massive but a ton of the racks are the same exact 30 pairs of jeans priced at $20 so don't expect an incredible selection just based off the square footage of the building. Beyond that, a LOT of the donated clothing they choose to put out is very heavily worn with very obvious flaws such as massive tears, bleach stains, and fast fashion that is literally falling apart and needs to be in the trash. Yet they'll still put a $10 price tag on a pair of jeans with a huge hole in the crotch. The prices are much higher than other chain thrift stores around it, and the quality is awful. Beyond the actual merchandise, the store is depressing. I used the restroom and there was no toilet paper in ANY stall in both the women's AND men's bathrooms! Not a single one. And no paper towels! How is that possible? The floors are dirty, the people who work there are not friendly, and the donation process is "park outside with your flashers on and hope someone actually comes out to assist you". The employees didn't really take notice of us which I guess isn't bad. It's a thrift shop not a salon.
