Very stylish clothing & items to wear to work & out. Prices were great, especially with the extra 30% & 40% off. I picked out two skirts to try on & was happy to see a clean & organized fitting room area. Only issue: it was really dimly lit in the area. I decided on the one skirt & checked out. The employee was quick & efficient. A few days later, I needed to take that skirt back & try on the other skirt (again). Different staff, but same friendly & helpful attitude. Same experience in the fitting room. This employee (who greeted me), rang up my skirt & told me about their rewards program. She was quick to make the exchange & then have me on my way.

I stopped by here on a Thursday just shortly after grand opening so the store was of course pristine. Men's apparel is arranged to the left, Women's on the right, and shoes in the middle. Special deals are featured in the middle with the registers up front. As far as deals and prices, you can probably find the same deals if not better at department stores. The main draw here is the amount of selection you can find under one roof, but the prices aren't great. For example, I found a quarter-zip jacket on their own website that was cheaper online than it was in the store. What gives? Customer service, especially considering it was grand opening week, could be a lot better. There was a young girl at the front of the store that seemed to completely avoid eye contact with me. She was, for some reason, holding an Under Armor reusable shopping bag, but wasn't giving anything away. I walked about halfway in the store and looked back to see if it was just me, but she was literally avoiding interacting with everyone that entered. I got the feeling that she was a new hire that either didn't want to be there that day, or her parents forced her to get a job. Regardless, it was a bad first impression for this new store. I walk this mall 2-3 times a week so I'm sure I'll be back from time to time to see if they have any better deals. The fact is, Under Armor is one of my favorite brands, but today's visit was definitely a "meh" one to say the least.

But when I do and can't get enough, I come to this northlake location and do a round 2. This store is less staffed than the south park store and gets less traffic. The staff here also seems to be younger and less knowledgeable than the south park location, but hey, i know my j crew, i don't care about having the staff to sugar coat everything for me. I am also a graduate student, so I get extra 15% off (as long as you have some type of student ID they will take it, and even if you forgot your ID card, you can ask for it and see if they'll give it to you). Don't let them fool you on no student discount on sale items, I was fooled a couple times at the south park location!!

Prices are decent but the selection is a bit aged in my opinion. It appears several past years of non-purchased clothing has made it's way to this outlet store. Hanes also shares the same philosophy with older style of undergarments such as socks, underwear, bras, and undershirts. The staff is pretty laid back, non-confrontational but not very welcoming either. It's probably not a regular store I tend to frequent when at the Concord Mills Mall.

They have an awesome clearence section with shirts for a little over six dollars. One employee was freestyling to himself as my friend and I stepped through the store. He ended up being really helpful with showing us the deals, and set me up with a dressing room with a bunch of pants and shirts. Overall, the store was clean and friendly with a nice urban feel.
