I didn't work with them directly. I worked with the designer. The installers were awesome. Everything went really smoothly. However, once they were installed, there were issues, they were not functional in the open and close position. It appeared to me, not being a professional that they were not made properly. They were very loose, had gaps, and when they were in the down position, they didn't close all the way because the top louvers are too big and we're hitting on the frame. Apparently the manufacturer Marshalls did not want to take the time to fix them and in all honesty I'm not sure what they can do about the quality that is lacking.
It also appears to be they lack customer service. The designer I've worked with has been amazing. we are having to go with a different manufacture that has better quality and should be able to have blinds that are functional in the up and down position. I would've never guessed this would be a problem. I hope that the designer doesn't eat this, the manufacture should stand behind the product they put out. read more
