Very clean shop. Lots of specials for anyone. I ordered the economy bundle and the price is…read moredifferent than online. online it said 106 dollars and here said 115 but it was still a good deal. I also got 3 pounds of chicken legs and two of the pork fritters because they were $1.50 today. The young man who helped me was very helpful and let me swap out one of the items. he also let me know where their meat was sourced from. I believe they said the pork and chicken was from Delphi and the beef was from Midwest. They were all friendly while very busy. After I ordered, there was a large group of people, so I guess I got in at a good time! I loved my last bundle and I'm sure this one's going to be equally as good. The prices May be going up a little bit shortly, but right now they're honoring the prices that are listed on the boards. They also go through each of the orders with you to make sure you have every item in your bundles. Go check it out!

I have purchased from the Simpson Family Farm several times in 2014. I will continue the routine…read more In the warmer months, I purchase from them at the Binford farmer's market in Indianapolis. In the colder months, they are setup in the downtown farmer's market. I know you can also visit the farm in Martinsville, I have yet to do so. Why... Why is it getting 5 stars and why will I continue? It is good meat. I have bought Chicken, and Beef from them. And, now that Thanksgiving is past, Turkey from them. My family is trying to buy as much organic, non-processed, "real-food" as possible. We had been buying organic chicken from the grocery. But, one day at the farmer's market, my friend said, "try this meat, it is the best." I bought a package of chicken. I was blown away. The meat was still on the bone, but to cut it off was like cutting butter. It sliced so easily (raw or cooked). And there was no - none - null - fat in it. The chicken from the store always seems to have a bit of gristle in the middle. Not this. And the taste - It was juicy and flavorful. So much better. Next I tried the beef - same thing. All grass fed, all great. The man said, if you like this, you should try our turkey. So, this Thanksgiving, we did. Everyone commented how flavorful the turkey was - and all I did was rub butter, salt and pepper with a little rosemary on it. Easy and the best ever turkey! Read the company's website on how they describe themselves as "better than organic." And, if you can, try it out. When my family cooks meat, we want it to be Simpson Family Farm meat!
