I hired this company to repair my hot tub on a Tuesday. The technician came out the same day and…read moretold me the pump had a bad seal that was leaking onto the motor and causing the breaker to trip. He took the pump, said he repaired it, and told me he'd be back the next day. He didn't show until two days later. When he installed the pump, he said he couldn't wait for the tub to fill but assured me everything was fixed and I should have no issues. Once the tub filled, it still didn't work -- no water movement at all. I called him and he said it was an airlock and told me to turn the tub off and back on and let it run through its priming cycle. I did exactly that, multiple times, and it still didn't work. He promised he'd come out the next day to clear the system. That started a week of excuses and no shows. First he said he had to take his son to the ER, then he said he had a tire problem, then he said he'd be out later that night -- but he never came. Every day after that, I called with no answer. He sent occasional texts saying he'd come, but never actually showed up. It's now been over a week since the repair, the hot tub still doesn't work, and I have no idea whether the repair he did was even correct. I'm now forced to call another spa repair company and pay another service charge just to find out what's actually wrong. Very unreliable service, constant broken promises, and no follow through. I cannot recommend this business.

I do not usually write reviews, but I was going to call them today and looked over the past reviews and do not agree with a 3.9 rating. IF you take the time to ask Casey OR Kelly why something was done or not done, they will give you honest answer. They want to do a great job for the customer and WILL as long as you communicate with them. I give them 5 stars and think you are making a great choice if you decide to go with them.
