All He had to do was follow the very simple instructions clearly laid out. concrete post depth was maybe two feet deep. concrete was mixed to wet. post were never stabilized. let's just say some lean to left other lead to the right.He did not go through the cedar lumber I paid an arm and a leg for. All was warped, cracked bent And third rate quality. when he went to cut the post down he used my tools. looked like he took a ax to them.He did not pull a permit. of course he blamed all the imperfection on me. On top of it all. the City of Mission had to step in. He is not even licensed in the state of KS. I filed in small claims court. He didn't even show up..of course I won..after his friend/Attourney attempted to bully me into a less amount.He talks big has nothing to stand behind it.He claims I spoke poorly of his employees. I think after they showed up three days and worked for one hour tops because they had other priorities.I spoke the truth. This young man has a lot a lot to learn . Maybe the hard way is his is truth. $9700 paid cash. At this point small claims court has stepped in. He has not made anything right in my eyes or the judge. Unfortunately He would rather run and hide than to do the right thing. I promise this is 100% truthful. no exaggeration. I think you get the point. I would never hire this young man for anything. He has a lot of empty promises and lot a growing up to do.
