They are usually well organize and clean. They have clearly marked 'one-way' aisles for social distancing and they are mandating and enforcing mask wearing. You probably won't see an employee on the floor, as most are located at the register bay. They have one line for the registers, and usually have several open. The selection is usually OK depending on when you go, call finding things usually involves flipping through the racks to find an appropriate size. The experience is typical in a store like this, obviously this is something to anticipate in a bargain store. What has become annoying and frankly a constant based on my past few experiences and those of others who have left reviews is the level of service. Every time I come to the store, Early or late, there always seems to be a long line to check out. What I you find strange is that despite the fact that there are at least 12 different registers, I never see more than two or three open at any one time. On my trip today, I purchase just one dress shirt. He entered the store at 5:30, spent about 20 minutes looking at shirts and found one that I liked. Attempted to see what it may look like in a mirror; it is understandable that there are no dressing rooms during this time but one would think there might be a mirror and a clothing store someplace but apparently not. At 10 to 6 I walked over to the registers; there were just three people in front of me and three registers open. The next time I looked at the clock it was 608 when I started my car. I just think 18 minutes is a little too long to wait in line, especially given that I had just one item and paid cash. Prices are good, selection OK, but the service is horrible and definitely need some improvement.

If not, big shout out to the team because it was looking clean and new. This Ollies did seem smaller than my Ollies back home in PA (miss you, Mom), but it had most of the same things. I was looking for toilet bowl clear ; specific yes but could not find it at all! Idk if they sell it at all but they do sell cleaning products, just not that so that was a loss. Ollies has a lot of random junk you don't know you need at really reasonable costs. It's like a half step from five below? Maybe? But like definitely not Dollar General, that's for sure. They have house hold items, books, toys, clothes, toiletries and more. My only issue this day was the customers which was not a store issue. The bad part is when we got home. The following day, I put on one of the hoodies, and it literally started coming apart at the seams. After wearing it for an hour with nothing in the pocket, half the seams had come apart. I tried to contact the store through their site, but nobody ever got back to me. So here we are.
