At P&R, a very friendly and knowledgeable associate sits down with you and talks through what you're looking for, the application, and what you're using now. Turns out, I was wearing shoes that were too small and could definitely go up in sole padding. My guy watched my run and immediately noticed ways that my stride and gait could be helped. I pronate. Pretty badly. I came away with a brand of shoes I wouldn't have even considered if I hadn't been encouraged to try multiple pairs with running trials outside. I feel good about the whole process and the service provided by Pacers and Racers! I knocked out a two mile run this morning with them and felt great afterwards!
