The service was top-tier. Probably the best sales interaction I've ever had. Came in to browse. Found a pair. Ran some questions by one of the sales associates fantastic. If you go ask for Chuck. If it weren't for Chuck, I don't think I would've bought these boots. No, he didn't talk me into buying anything. He didn't press me to buy a certain brand or type of boot. I felt like a trust Chuck. I took his word. That guy took the boots off his own feet to let me feel how an exotic leather becomes more supple as you wear and condition them as opposed to how rigid and tough they feel on the shelf. Between that and his firm handshake, he sold me on the boots. Could not be happier with my purchase. I will be back. I think I need a pair of Cayman bellies soon.

I think the source of the issue is there are too many people between the customer and the actual tailor so communication breaks down.
