She was able to go into detail when answering all of my questions. She was also extremely patient and kind. I knew what I was looking for and ended up going back over to the clearance section because the shoe I wanted had sold out and I did not want to order anything. I ended up walking back over to Kaitlyn because she knew what I was looking for. Kaitlyn was so incredibly kind and patient that I did not feel rushed or pressured. She had the best attitude and the best costumer service I've ever seen. They had a staff's pick section which intrigued me. So the next day was raining and off I went. So great. The layout was perfect the staff including the owner who rang us up, were so kind and patient and helpful. I placed an order for a custom watch AFTER it was confirmed to be doable by one of their staff members named Keaton. 2 weeks no correspondence, then I got an insulting email in which they canceled my order. I asked for a refund, never heard back. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue amicably advising them that the last resort would be filing a charge back. Their response was a threat. I filed the charge back and this was their response to me "By initiating a chargeback, you have lost our trust completely. We can no longer place any faith in you". A question to the consumer if you are reading this: Who is supposed to earn who's trust in business. I got the feeling that this business is run by inexperienced persons. Go to their Facebook page and read the reviews, 50% do not recommend them. I wish I read the reviews first. Also, you can do a lot better with $300 (the average cost of their watches) on Amazon buying authentic Seikos and MODs by Pagani for half the price.
