Associate, Stacy, sat with me for nearly half an hour or so to try to find something great. We looked through, gold, sterling silver, etc books. It's great too because when I asked for her honest opinion she did not push me to buy anything more expensive, like most other places do. I also remember my first purchase from this Kay. A lovely woman named Carol-Ray, though she asked to be called C-Ray, helped me pick out a simple promise for my significant other. And, like every other person that works here, she treated me with ultimate honesty and kindness. At the time, most promise rings reached 200-, 300- if not more. She was very understanding to my budget (which was about $150). After looking at the many beautiful rings in their Kay books to get a clue on what I wanted, we looked in one of their cases and narrowed it down to three rings. One was a simple stone (about $115), one was two infinite hearts (about $120), and the other was twisted band with a heart in the middle (about $90). Much like Stacy, C-Ray was nothing less than honest with me when asked for her opinion. I ended up going with the third choice and also purchased the protection plan. First of all, I love that it is a family owned business. There are two brothers that own and operate the place. I worked with Brahim on the design of my custom engagement ring. I had been shopping with my girlfriend a few places but she could never seem to find a ring that she totally loved. I went to Brahim with a number of ideas for what I wanted to include in a ring. Brahim was completely professional as he worked with the ideas that I wanted creating sketches and even offering a few ideas for stuff that I hadn't even thought of. He also wasn't pushy about me getting anything too expensive and even suggested that if I wanted to buy the diamond from someone else and bring it to him that would be fine. He's not in the diamond business but did a search for me and in the end actually found a perfect diamond at a great price from someone he knew in the industry. Not to mention the fact that his prices are extremely fair! Having looked at plenty of ring settings and prices his quote was almost equivalent to those at other places that aren't custom made! Once we had agreed on a design in just 3 weeks he was done! The ring came out absolutely perfect and exactly as he had described it would. He actually ended up adding 4 extra diamonds in the band and he didn't even charge me extra for them! Not to mention, every time I went back to him he would even remember my name. Needless to say my fiancé completely loved the ring! She said it was the most beautiful ring she had ever seen. I have already recommended Brahim to a friend who's getting engaged soon and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for custom jewelry. All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality.
